Yes, we proudly ship to over 200 countries! We process and dispatch orders directly from our global network of warehouses to ensure efficient delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the dispatching warehouse. Generally, international delivery takes between 7 to 15 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details and an estimated delivery date.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
If your tracking information officially shows that the package is lost in transit, we will immediately issue a full refund or send a free replacement. Please note: If the tracking status shows as "Delivered" to the address provided, we cannot issue a refund or be held responsible for missing parcels. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
What is your refund and replacement policy?
We strive for perfect quality, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or strictly incorrect item (e.g., we sent the wrong color/size), please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to claim a free replacement or refund.
How do I claim a refund for a damaged or incorrect item?
To process your claim quickly, we require the following proof:
A clear photo or video clearly showing the defect or the incorrect item.
A clear photo of the original shipping label and barcode attached to the package.
Once our team verifies the issue, we will happily issue a full refund or send a replacement. In these specific cases, you will not even need to ship the defective item back to us!
What if I ordered the wrong size, provided the wrong address, or simply changed my mind?
Please review your order carefully before checking out. We do not offer free refunds or replacements if a customer orders the wrong size/color, provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or simply changes their mind after receiving the exact product ordered.
If you insist on returning an item due to a change of mind, you must contact us within 7 days. In this scenario, the customer is 100% responsible for paying all international return shipping costs to our designated global warehouse. A refund will only be issued after the item is received and inspected in its original, unused condition.
