At BaBa Shee, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we source our high-quality products from global fulfillment centers, please review our international shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Delivery Duration
We ship to major international destinations including the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on local customs clearance procedures, postal delays, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Charges
* Free International Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide with no minimum purchase required! All customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable in your country) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking
Once your package is dispatched from our global warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking ID. You can use this number to track the real-time status and location of your parcel directly on our website or via global tracking platforms. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Payment Methods
We accept secure advance payments via major Credit/Debit Cards and PayPal. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for international orders. Your order will only be dispatched once the payment is successfully processed.

6. Address Changes & Correct Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Address modifications can only be requested before the order enters processing. Once an order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated, we absolutely cannot change the delivery address or reroute the package.

7. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
If a package is returned to our fulfillment center because it was unclaimed, refused by the customer, or due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees incurred to send the package a second time.
